  • Various subscription plans (Basic, Professional, Enterprise)

3.1 Service Nature and Modifications

You acknowledge that:

  • The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.
  • We are constantly innovating to improve our Services. The form and nature of the Services may change without prior notice.
  • We may suspend, discontinue, or modify any part of the Services at our sole discretion.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to the Services.

4. Subscriptions, Payments, and Refunds

4.1 Subscription Plans

We offer several subscription plans as described on our Pricing page:

  • Basic Plan: $0/month with limited features
  • Professional Plan: $49/month with advanced features
  • Enterprise Plan: $299/month with premium features
  • One-time Services: Single feed formulation ($1) and 3-month access plans

4.2 Billing and Payments

  • All charges are non-refundable except as expressly provided in our Refund Policy.
  • You agree to pay all fees applicable to your chosen plan.
  • We may use third-party payment processors and you agree to be bound by their terms.
  • All transactions are processed in United States Dollars (USD).

4.3 Cancellation

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through the "Billing" tab in your account.
  • Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your subscription benefits until the end of your current billing cycle.
  • No further charges will occur after cancellation.

4.4 Refunds

Refunds are governed by our separate Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review it carefully.

5. AI-Generated Information and Disclaimers

5.1 Information Only

The information provided through our Services, including AI-generated feed formulations, analysis results, and chat responses, is for general informational and educational purposes only.

5.2 No Professional Advice

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • The Services are powered by artificial intelligence and are intended to complement, not replace, professional veterinary or animal nutrition advice.
  • Due to the rapidly evolving nature of AI, the information may contain inaccuracies or may not be suitable for your specific situation.
  • Any AI-generated output does not represent our views or professional recommendations.
  • You should seek advice from appropriately qualified professionals (veterinarians, animal nutritionists) before making decisions about your animals' health and nutrition.

5.3 Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

  • Evaluating the appropriateness of any AI-generated information for your use case.
  • All decisions and actions you take based on information from our Services.
  • The health and wellbeing of your animals.

6. User Conduct and Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services to:

  • 6.1. Engage in any unlawful activity or violate any applicable laws, including those of Hong Kong.

7. User Content and Feedback

Upon termination:

  • 11.2. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
  • 11.3. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:
    • THE SERVICES WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS
    • THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE
    • THE RESULTS OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICES WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE
    • ANY ERRORS IN THE SOFTWARE WILL BE CORRECTED

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • 12.1. IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:
    • YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES
    • ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICES
    • ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICES
    • UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT
  • 12.2. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE SIX MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY OR (B) $100.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AIAnimalFeed.com, its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with:

  • Your access to or use of the Services
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your User Input or Feedback
  • Your violation of any third-party rights

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

  • 14.1. These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
  • 14.2. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through friendly negotiations. If negotiations fail, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Hong Kong.
