What is the difference between the one-time $1 formulation and the 3-month plans?
The $1 Single Feed Formulation is for a one-off, immediate recipe based on your current inputs. The 3-month plans (for Individual/Dairy Farm or Clinical/Feed Mill) provide ongoing access to the AI Feed Formulator for that specific animal category or business type, allowing you to create multiple formulations over a three-month period.
How do I get an 80% refund for my 3-month plan?
As per our refund policy, if you request a refund within the first week (7 days) of your purchase, we will issue an 80% refund with no questions asked. Simply email support@aianimalfeed.com with your registered email and purchase details, using "Refund Request" in the subject line.
When can I get a 20% refund for my 3-month plan?
Between 8 and 14 days after purchase, a 20% refund is available only if you are experiencing a significant technical problem with our platform that our team is unable to resolve, and that problem prevents you from using the core formulation tool.
I accidentally selected the wrong animal for my $1 formulation. Can I get a refund?
Because the $1 formulation is generated instantly and is a digital product, we cannot offer refunds for one-time fees under this circumstance. We encourage all users to double-check their inputs before confirming payment. If a technical error on our site caused the issue, please contact us so we can investigate.

Subscriptions & Billing

How do I cancel my monthly subscription?
You can easily cancel your monthly subscription by logging into your account and navigating to the "Billing" tab. Follow the prompts to cancel. No further charges will be made, and you'll keep access until the end of your current billing period.
What happens after I cancel my subscription?
No further charges will occur after cancellation. You will retain full access to your subscription benefits until the end of your current billing cycle. Refunds are generally not provided for partial billing periods.
Do you offer a free trial?
Yes! We offer a 14-Day Free Trial for our Professional plan. You may cancel your Professional plan trial at any time during the 14-day period and will not be charged.

The best way to get help is by emailing our support team at support@aianimalfeed.com. As noted on our site, our standard response time is within 24 hours.
How long does it take to get my refund?
Once your refund request is approved, please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to appear back on your bank or credit card statement. The exact timing can depend on your financial institution.
